Journal Club: Plant Based Diets in Children

For our next virtual journal club, we will be collaborating with the AAP Climate Change and Health Committee to host a discussion on plant-based diets in children. This wonderful topic was proposed by the incomparable Vi Nguyen aka drplasticpicker. We will be joined by Dr. Angie Nieson, who practices Culinary Medicine (how cool is that!) in San Diego, as well as our very own Pediatric GI specialist, Dr. Dana Patton-Ku. Our amazing AAP Climate Change and Health Premed Intern, Ashley Teo, will also be helping to organize the journal club/panel discussion.
